Once you have finished filling out the form it will send us a copy right away. Please note that with the volume of applications we receive we do not respond to each application. One of our first steps after receiving the application is income verification. Please send your proof of income (job offer letter, contract, last two pay stubs, government assistance or pension payments) by email to tyler@2020investmentgroup.ca
